CREATING A MIRROR OF AN EXISTING SCHEDULE FROM THE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS)

Prerequisite(s):    A contract must have been created and saved.

                                A supplemental schedule must already have been created and stored within the document management folder structure.

 

1.   From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Name column of the Contract List.

2.   Hover your mouse over  the Planning, Specifications & Estimating, Procurement Opportunity or Contract Management links on the menu bar.

3.   Click the Manage Schedules sub-link from the menu bar.

4.   In the ‘Other Schedules’ section, click the Mirror from DMS button.

5.   Click the root folder link that contains the schedule you wish to mirror to the selected contract.

6.   Click through the document folders provided until the schedule you wish to mirror has been found.

7.   Click the link provided for the schedule.

8.   Review the ‘Manage Schedules’ page to ensure that a mirror of the schedule has been added to the selected contract.

 

Note: The user may select the ‘Cancel’ button at anytime while browsing the document management folder structure to return to the ‘Manage Schedules’ page. A schedule mirrored to a contract cannot be checked out and/or revised at the contract-level. All revisions to the schedule must be made through the document management folder structure where the original schedule resides.
