Note: A base line item must be added to the proposal request before an additive or deductive can be associated with the line item.

Additive and deductives may only be associated with base line items.

Bidders are not required to submit a bid for additives or deductives to a base line item.

1.   Click the View/Edit link associated with the base line item section in which you wish to add the additive or deductive.

2.   Select the Add/Ded option from the list in the Modify column.

3.   Enter a detailed description of the additive or deductive as you wish it to appear to all bidders.

4.   Enter your estimate for additive or deductive portion of the line item.
