Note: A base line item must be added to the scope of work before an additive or deductive can be associated with the line item.

Additives and deductives may only be associated with base line items.

Bidders are not required to submit a bid for additives or deductives to a base line item.

 

1.   Click the View/Edit link associated with the base line item section in which you wish to add the additive or deductive.

2.   Select the Add/Deduct option from the list in the Modify column.  (See Screen Shot)

 

 

3.   Enter a detailed description of the additive or deductive as you wish it to appear to all bidders.

4.   Enter your estimate for the additive or deductive portion of the line item (negative values are allowed).

5.   Click the Save button.

 

Note: If you wish to add additional additives or deductives for the same base line item, click the Save & Add Additional button.

 

6.   Click the Back to Define Scope of Work link at the bottom of the page.
