Prerequisite(s): The System Administrator must have assigned you a DMS Customer role.
A document must have been uploaded to a customer folder and locked (checked-in) in the DMS folder structure.
1. Hover your mouse over the Administration link on the menu bar.
2. Click the Document Management sub-link from the menu bar.
3. Navigate the DMS folder structure to the folder where you wish to mirror a document by clicking each folder name link.
Note: Mirroring places a ‘shortcut’ link of a document in the selected folder.
4. Click the Mirror from DMS button. Clicking this button will navigate you to the DMS root folder (see Screen Shot).
5. Navigate the DMS root folder structure to the customer folder where the document that you wish to mirror resides (see Screen Shot).
6. Click the file name link for the file that you wish to mirror. This action will place a ‘shortcut’ of the selected document in the folder that was selected in Step 3 above.
