Prerequisite(s): A public bid must have been published.
The Contractor must have used the search feature to find the public bid.
The Bid Response Due Date and Time must not have elapsed.
1. From the results of the search, click on the Contract Name to view details about the contract (see Screen Shot).
2. You will be asked to login to CapEx Manager. Once logged in, you will be taken to the Contract Summary page for the selected contract.
3. Click the Subscribe button in the upper-right corner of the Contract Summary page (see Screen Shot).
4. Click the Subscribe button or click Cancel to return to the Contract Summary page (see Screen Shot).
5. A confirmation message is displayed after successfully subscribing to the contract. This contract will also be added to ‘Your Contract List’.
Note: Subscribing to a public bid contract enables the contractor to receive email and CapEx Manager system notifications whenever any changes are made to the contract via an addendum and when any questions and/or answers are posted from other subscribers for this contract. It also allows the contractor to bid electronically on this contract.
