UPDATING PLANNED EXPENDITURE VALUES

1.   Hover your mouse over the Budget and Fund Management link on the menu bar.

2.   Click the Capital Enterprise Planning sub-link from the menu bar

3.   To narrow the list of Projects displayed on the page, select the radio button which corresponds with the filter you would like to apply.

4.   Click the Select button. (see Screen Shot)

 

Note:  Totals are displayed at the bottom of the table.

5.   Click the Project name link to edit the associated Contracts’ expenditure.

6.   Click the Edit link in the right column of the top table to review and update the planned expenditure.  (see Screen Shot)

7.   Update the values in the appropriate fields and click the Save Changes button.

8.   Click the Back to Project Expenditure link at the bottom of the page to return to the previous page.
