APPLYING A PROJECT TO A CAPITAL PROGRAM PLANNING ENTRY

Note:  You may only apply Projects to Capital Programs that have not yet been approved.

 

1.   Hover your mouse over the Budget and Fund Management link on the menu bar.

2.   Click the Capital Program Planning sub-link from the menu bar.

3.   Click the Backlog link at the bottom of the Capital Program Planning List page.  (see Screen Shot)

 

 

4.   Select the radio button associated with the Capital Project of which you wish to apply Projects.

5.   Check the Project(s) that you wish to assign to the designated Capital Program.  (see Screen Shot)

 

6.   Click the Save button.

7.   Click the Back to Capital Program Planning List link at the bottom of the page.
