Prerequisite(s): A project must have been created.
1. Click the View link in the Project column of the Contract List to view a project.

Hover your mouse over the Portfolio link on the menu bar.
Click the Select Project sub-link from the menu bar.
Click a View link in the Detail column of the Project List.
2. Click the Edit Project button at the bottom of the page.
3. Update the appropriate fields.
Note: A comment in the ‘Comments for Change’ field is required when editing ‘Est. Start Date’, ‘Est. Finish Date’, ‘% Complete’ and/or ‘Est. Total Cost’ for any budget type. The Comments/Status field accumulates all comments and displays previously entered comments in a read-only format. You may click on the Change History link to view audit trail of changes for each budget type. The Change History link will only appear when an audit trail exists. Click the Close link to return to the previous screen.
4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save the changes to the Project.
