UPDATE EXISTING LINE ITEMS

1.   From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Name column of the Contract List.

2.   Hover your mouse over the Planning, Specifications, and Estimating link on the menu bar.

3.   Click the Define Scope of Work sub-link from the menu bar.

4.   Click the View / Edit link for the section which includes the line item you wish to edit.

5.   Select Edit from the list in the Modify Column.

6.   Place the cursor in the appropriate field.

7.   Highlight the current value.

8.   Enter the new value for that field.

9.   Click the Save button to save the updates to the section template.

 

Note: The calculated fields cannot be edited directly; by pressing the tab key after entering revised values in the number of units, estimated unit price labor or materials field, the new calculation will appear.  

If you wish to exit the process before you have completed every unit code and its corresponding estimated prices for a section template:

Click the Save or Update button at the end of a section to save the information entered for that section. If you exit the process without clicking the Save or Update button, the information that you have entered for that section will not be saved and you will have to reenter it when you log in.
