Prerequisite(s): At least one project must have been created.
1. Hover your mouse over the Portfolio link on the menu bar.
2. Click the Select Project sub-link from the menu bar.
Note: The red, yellow and green indicator lights for ‘Budget Status’ indicate how many projects from the project list fall within each category; thresholds for these indicators are provided by the user when the project is created. A red indicator light suggests that a project is over-budget based on the threshold provided. A yellow indicator light suggests that the budget for a project should be reviewed as it is almost over-budget based on the threshold provided. A green indicator light suggests that a project is under budget based on the threshold provided.
The red, yellow and green indicator lights for ‘Schedule Status’ indicate how many projects from the project list fall within each category; thresholds for these indicators are provided by the user when the project is created. A red indicator light suggests that a project’s schedule in not on time based on the threshold provided. A yellow indicator light suggests that the schedule for a project should be reviewed as it is almost past being on time based on the threshold provided. A green indicator light suggests that a project’s schedule is on time based on the threshold provided.
