VIEWING MANAGEMENT REPORTING INDICATORS ON THE CONTRACT LIST

Prerequisite(s):  At least one contract must have been created.

                          The Payment Schedule must have been turned on for a contract.

 

Note: The red, yellow and green indicator lights for ‘Status’ on the ‘Your Contract List’ page indicate how many contracts fall within each category; thresholds for these indicators are provided  when he creates a contract. A red indicator light suggests that a contract is over-budget and over time based on the threshold provided. A yellow indicator light suggests that the budget and schedule for a contract should be reviewed as they are almost over-budget and over time based on the threshold provided. A green indicator light suggests that a contract is under budget and on time based on the threshold provided.
