Prerequisite(s): A contract must have been created.
The contract bid type must be identified as Public, Private or Planning.
A specification catalog and specification type must have
been assigned to the contract.
At least one Performance line item must have
been added to the contract’s scope of work.
1. From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Name column of the Contract List.
2. Hover your mouse over the Planning, Specifications, and Estimating link on the menu bar.
3. Click the Define Scope of Work sub-link from the menu bar.
4. Click the View/Edit link to the right of performance line item that you wish to edit. (See Screen Shot).
5. Make changes to the appropriate fields.
Note: Unit price values for Performance-Related line items may be entered as a positive or negative value.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Click the Back to Define Scope of Work link to return to the previous page.
Note: You may also edit the quantity and price for any items by clicking the View/Edit All Line Items link on the Define Scope of Work page.
If you click the Back to Define Scope of Work link without clicking on the Save button first, your changes will not be saved.
