Note: You are not required to submit a bid for each additive and/or deductive to a base line item for a public or private bid project.

 

1.   Click the Edit link in the ‘Action’ column to the right of the section name field that has an additive and/or deductive that you wish to edit. 

 

Note: You may click the View link in the ‘Action’ column to the right of the section name to view the additives and/or deductives for line item(s).

       

2.   Enter your bid amount for the additive and/or deductive portion in the ‘Line Total’ field respectively.

 

Note: If you input a positive number, the radio button in the ‘Modify’ column will automatically select ‘Additive’, and if you input a negative number, the radio button in the ‘Modify’ column will automatically select ‘Deductive’.

 

3.   Click the Save and Back to Enter Paper Based Bid button to save the additive and/or deductive amounts that were entered.

4.   Repeat steps 1-3 for each Section name in the Base Line Item(s) section where additives and/or deductives are present.
