1.   Click the Edit link next to the Line Items section of the IFR.

2.   Click the Generate Units Form button (see Screen Shot).

3.   Save the form to your computer or portable device.

4.   Complete the Quantity Placed column of the form.

 

Note:  If submitting Non-Conformance quantities, you must update the Conform to Specifications and Problem Description fields of the form.

5.   Save the form once all updates are complete.

6.   Click the Browse to locate the saved form.

7.   Click the Import Units button.
