Prerequisite(s): Users must have been selected for the contract.
The contract must not have any open and/or pending IFRs and/or CFRs.
The contract must not have any pay estimates in Submitted status.
1. From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Contract Name column of the Contract List.
2. Hover your mouse over the Contract Management link on the menu bar.
3. Click the Close Contract sub-link from the menu bar.
4. You may review the system generated list of possible pending/unresolved issues and adjust the radio button selections as appropriate.
5. Click the Submit for Approval button to mark the contract as pending close. An automatic notification will be sent to the designated user requesting approval for the close of the contract. (See Screen Shot)
