RETRACTING A BID

Prerequisite(s):      The Bid Response Due Date and Time must not have elapsed.

                                The Contractor must have previously submitted a bid.

 

1.   From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Contract Name column of the Contract List.

2.   Hover your mouse over the Procurement Opportunity link on the menu bar.

3.   Click the Manage Bid sub-link from the menu bar.

4.   Click the Retract Bid button at the bottom of the page.

 

Note:  Once retracted, the buyer will not be able to view a Contractor’s bid.  See the section SUBMITTING THE OVERALL BID to edit the original bid response.  The revised bid must be submitted before the Bid Response Due Date and Time has expired in order for the buyer to receive the bid and use if for consideration in the bid award process.
