VIEWING AND ADDING COMMENTS TO A RISK MANAGEMENT ITEM

Prerequisite(s):              User must be a distribution team member.

 

1.   From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Name column of the Contract List.

2.   Hover your mouse over the Contract Management link on the menu bar.

3.   Click the Issues & Information Management sub-link from the menu bar.

4.   Click the View Log/Add Comment link for Risk Management.

5.   Click the Risk Item # link associated with the risk item you wish to view.

6.   Review the risk item details.

7.   Enter a comment in the text field at the bottom of the page.

8.   Click the Add Comments button.  Your comments are now viewable by all distribution team members.
