1.   Click the Bid Detail link associated with the Contractor who’s Comments/Attachments you wish to view.

2.   Comments/Attachments added to the Proposal Level are listed at the top of the page.

3.   Click the file name of the attachment to view the document.  (See Screen Shot)

4.   Click the Back to Compare Bids link at the bottom of the page to return to the Compare Bids page.
