1.   Click the Section Name of the Section with line items you wish to view.

2.   Click the View link in the Comments/Attachments column of the line item and bidder whose comments/attachments you wish to view. (See Screen Shot)

 

Note: The View link will only appear when the contractor has supplied comments/attachments for the line item.

 

 

3.   Click the File Name of the attachment to view the attachment.

4.   Click the Back to Compare Line Items link at the bottom of the page to return to the Compare Line Items page.

5.   Click the Back to Compare Bids link at the bottom of the page to return to the Compare Bids page.

 

Alternately you may also view comments/attachments to a line item by:

 

1.   Click the Bid Detail link associated with the contractor whose comments/attachments you wish to view.

2.   Click the View link in the Comments/Attachments column of the line item.

3.   Click the File Name of the attachment to view the attachment.

4.   Click the Back to Bid Detail link at the bottom of the page to return to the Bid Detail page.

5.   Click the Back to Compare Bids link at the bottom of the page to return to the Compare Bids page.

6.   Click the Contract Summary link to return to the Contract List.
