Prerequisite(s): The awarded contractor must have verified the initial base work order.
1. From your homepage, click the Contract Name link in the Name column of the Contract List.
2. Hover your mouse over the Contract Management link on the menu bar.
3. Click the Issues & Information Management sub-link from the menu bar.
4. Click the Create link for Proposed Change Order.
5. Enter a Title and Description in the provided textboxes.
6. Denote if you wish to change the contract’s completion date. If so, use the calendar icon to select a revised date.
7. Click the Calendar link for the ‘Change Order Effective Date’ field. Click a date from the calendar pop-up.
8. Select a time from the provided drop-down menus for the ‘Change Order Effective Date’.
Note: Change Order Effective Date and End Date times are provided in 30-minute increments.
9. Enter the Number of Days that the contract will last and click Calculate End Date.

10. Click the Calendar link for the ‘End Date’ field. Click a date from the calendar pop-up.
11. Select a time from the provided drop-down menus for the ‘End Date’.
12. Click the Save button to save any changes made to the Proposed Change Order.
Note: You may click the Proposed Changed Order Name button to change the Change Order Effective and End Dates and Times
